- Member discounts or promos are not valid with any other special offers or discounts offered by RIDGID Authorized Distributors.

- The membership and club benefits are for RIDGID Club Philippine members only.

- A membership card will be issued as proof of membership and is non-transferable.

- Address and Contact Information Changes - It is the responsibility of the member to notify RIDGID Philippines of any address or contact number changes.

- Annual Membership Validation Policy - existing members must comply with the renewal requirements to maintain their membership which is to attend at least 1 event of the Club every year.

- All RIDGID and Emerson employees that qualify can join and are eligible for product promotions and are welcome to participate in events and activities. However, the membership kit is reserved

  for external end users only.

- Distributors don’t get discounts or free products. They are welcome to join events and activities but the freebies and premiums are reserved for end-users only.

- Cancellation Policy - Memberships may be canceled at any time with written notice.

- Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Such changes will, unless otherwise stated, take immediate effect. RIDGID Club Philippines will send changes to the terms and

  conditions via email. However, members are responsible for keeping themselves updated in relation to any changes to the terms and conditions.
